Echelon Institute is a white-label education platform operated by Arrowhead Advisory Group LLC. We collect three categories of data: account data (name, email, phone, organization, billing), learner activity data (course enrollments, assessment results, progress, credentials issued), and usage data (login events, page views, session metadata) for accounts using the Echelon platform.
Account data operates your subscription and supports delivery. Learner data renders learner portals and credential tracking. Usage data maintains platform reliability and informs product decisions. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Our public marketing pages use two third-party services that may set cookies and collect information about your visit. Both services are listed in our subprocessor section below. Authenticated learner portals do not run these services.
Microsoft Clarity captures aggregate behavioral metrics (clicks, scrolls, time on page), heatmaps, and session replays. Session replays record cursor movement and interaction patterns. Sensitive form fields are automatically masked. Clarity sets the cookies _clck and _clsk; Microsoft sets the MUID cookie. Behavioral data is stored by Microsoft under Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
RB2B identifies business visitors to this site by matching the visitor's IP address against a database of professional records. When a match is found, the identification may include the visitor's name, work email, employer, job title, and LinkedIn profile. We use this information to time business outreach appropriately. RB2B operates only on visitors connecting from a United States business IP address; visitors from outside the United States, from residential or mobile networks, and visitors using tracking-prevention browsers are not identified. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising or sell behavioral data to advertising networks.

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act to direct us not to share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or sale. RB2B's IP-based enrichment may be construed as a sale or share of personal information under California law. To exercise this right, email info@echelon.institute with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We will honor the request within fifteen business days.
This website is operated from the United States and is directed to United States visitors. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regions with comprehensive data-protection regimes. If you are a visitor from one of those regions and want your information removed, email info@echelon.institute.
When an organization deploys Echelon under its own brand, the underlying learner accounts and content belong to that organization. Echelon processes the data on the customer's behalf under the terms of the platform agreement. Data is logically isolated per tenant and is not shared across customers.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing the legal contact below. Deletions are processed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, an active legal hold, or your service agreement.
Use of the Echelon Institute platform is subject to a current, executed service agreement between your organization and Arrowhead Advisory Group LLC. This website provides informational content and a contact pathway. It is not a substitute for the service agreement and does not grant a license to use the platform.
You agree not to use Echelon to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, reverse engineer the platform, or circumvent authentication or rate limits.
The Echelon Institute platform, its code, the Echelon brand, the AAG brand, and all associated copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets remain the sole property of Arrowhead Advisory Group LLC. Customer content remains the property of the customer.
Except as expressly set out in your service agreement, the Echelon platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Arrowhead Advisory Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Echelon Institute is a proprietary white-label education platform operated by Arrowhead Advisory Group LLC. Certifications issued through the Echelon platform are proprietary internal designations and are not accredited by or affiliated with any federal, state, or regional accreditation body. Echelon Institute is not a degree-granting institution.
Where Echelon is deployed to support licensing-track education (for example, P&C Insurance, Life and Health, Series 65/66), the relevant examinations are administered by external regulatory bodies. Echelon does not administer those exams or grant those licenses.
